The Russian River Rose Company will be celebrating their harvest of a 2011 Bulgarian “Rose Embrace” rose oil perfume on Saturday and  Sunday with food and fragrance samplings, a scent salon, access to the garden, Rosewater Champagne celebrations (at 10 am and 2 pm) and performances by the traditional Bulgarian singing group, Gardina (Sunday only, at 2 pm and 3:30 pm). The free Healdsburg Arts Festival will be held Saturday. The Arts Festival includes more than 70 juried artists, fine arts & crafts, a children’s art zone, food, wine, music, family entertainment and activities.
