You may have noticed the new event calender on the left hand side of SOTC’s home page (←). This is where you can find free and cheap  events in Sonoma County, listed by date.

Here’s how it works. When you want to see what’s happening this weekend in Sonoma County, for example,  you just click on a date. If there are any free of cheap Sonoma County events listed for that date, the date will be bold and a box will open with the list. Click on any event that interests you and you’ll be taken to a listing with more information.

This is easier than just scrolling down SOTC’s home page, looking for interesting Sonoma County events that occur on the date you want, but don’t forget to scroll the page occasionally anyway. We list many things that are always free and cheap, or deals that span a long period of time, or things like great deals on restaurants you might want to stop at en route to Friday’s event.
