It’s coming up to winter, which means it’s coming up to the holiday season, and holiday eating.

And isn’t one of the excuses that we always make to not get to the gym that it’s just “too much of a hassle” to drive that five minutes to the gym to work out?

Well we can’t even make that excuse anymore – I’m not giving you any outs! Here is a list of 5 exercises that you can do at home without any fancy gym equipment, and it will probably be some of the best workout you can do.
