1) Chili’s just released a kids eat free coupon on its Facebook page. Per the tiny type, the deal is valid for kids under 12, and you can get up to two free kid’s meals per adult entree purchased. The coupon is valid on October 31, 2011, only, but it doesn’t look like costumes are required to get the deal. And you don’t need Facebook to access the coupon. You might also want to see the Kids Eat Free page for other Sonoma County kids eat free deals.

2) For a limited time, if you sign up for Chili’s email update, you’ll get  a coupon good for free Skillet Queso & Chips with an entree purchase at Chili’s. The expiration date changes based on when you sign up; you generally have two weeks to use it.

Friday Night Fevers for Windsor Middle Schoolers

Windsor’s Parks & Rec and Boys & Girls Club  have joined to put on “Friday Night Fevers” for kids in 6th through 8th grade.  There are several choices of activities at the events, including wii tournaments, basketball, dodgeball, and a hang-out area.  The most popular are the “minute to win it” contests set up by staff, modeled after the TV show. $5 includes a pizza dinner.

Pumpkin Carving Contest (for grades 7-12).

halloween 4jpg Pumpkin Carving Contest (for grades 7 12).Calling all artistic teens: the Rincon Valley Library is hosting a free pumpkin carving contest for grades 7-12 on Wednesday. Contestants will have one hour to carve pumpkins. All library patrons get the chance to vote for their favorite pumpkins. Prizes will be given out to the top three pumpkins.
