Free Olive Curing Seminar at Cline Cellars

Don Landis offers his expertise and olive curing techniques to fellow olive enthusiasts in the Cline Cellars Barrel Room on Sunday. Enjoy the history of the olive in California. Learn about the growing and harvesting of olives and receive Don Landis’ recipe for “No Lye” curing. Olive tasting, wine tasting and wine discounts will be offered to all participants.
