Free Solar Electric Systems for Low-Income Families

The North Coast Energy Services is offering free solar electric systems (including installation and home weatherization) to qualifying low-income homeowners (and retirement communities) in Sonoma, Mendocino, and Napa Counties. This program is funded by the Low Income Home Energy Assiatance Program and is free to homeowners with a roof that is in good shape (and not flat) and that meets other standards (roof shading and positioning, etc. )  Additionally, to qualify you must have a monthly income at or below the following:
