Pet Parade at Howath Park

hppetparade2008 2 150x150 Pet Parade at Howath Park If your kid (or your pet) is bored this spring break, you might want to check out Howath Park’s Annual Pet Parade . Children 14 and under are invited to participate and enter their animals.

They request no farm animals, please. I expect large exotic wild animals will likewise not be welcomed. You might want to call and ask about bunnies, reptiles, hamsters, or insects.

Awards will be given in a variety of categories.

If you want to participate, sign-up the day of the parade in front of  The Land of Imagination Playground at 12:45 pm. Spectators, the show starts at 1:30 pm.

Cost is $3 per entry
All participants receive a free train ride and ribbon.
Maximum of 60 participants (ages 14 and under).
