Jail Plant Sale April 3
The Agricultural Vocational Program at Sonoma County Jail is having a plant sale on April 3, 2010. All the plants are grown without pesticides or chemicals, the prices are pretty good (1 gallon $2, 2 gallon $4, 15 gallon $25) and they’ve got a great variety of plants that do well in Sonoma County (as well as wooden picnic tables, planter boxes, and fire rings). Bring a wagon or cart to transport your purchases, and any unused plant containers you can donate.  Here’s a list of what’s for sale.
