Public Observation Days at Ferguson Observatory

The Robert Ferguson Observatory in Sugar Loaf Ridge State Park is offering two upcoming public observation dates :

Feb 13, 2010: Public Observation Night, 7 pm
$3 per person, under 18 free
There will also be a free Solar observation time for the public from 11 am to 3 pm on Feb 13.

March 6, 2010: Public Observation Night, 7 pm
$3 per person, under 18 free
There will also be a free Solar observation time for the public from 11 am to 3 pm on March 6.

There is an $8 charge per car to enter Sugar Loaf Ridge State Park. Directions: from Highway 12 east of Santa Rosa, turn on Adobe Canyon Road and follow it to the end. For more info call:  707-833-6979.
