Free Sewing Classes
Village Sewing Center in Santa Rosa is offering free beginning sewing classes. If you’ve ever wanted to sew, you can learn the skills needed to sew in this four hour, hands-on sewing class. Call 707-544-7529 to reserve. The free sewing class dates are as follows:

I don;t know of any specifically for that, though you might want to ask at the Village Sewing store. You might also try the Centsational Girl blog. I don’t remember any kitchen chair upholstery posts, but she does a lot of cool furniture updating posts, so if anyone has it she does. http://www.centsationalgirl.com
