Bastille Day Celebration

Costeaux French Bakery & Café is holding a free Bastille Day celebration  Healdsburg that includes a stationary bicycle race, Pétanque avec Boules (street bowling with bread boules), can-can dancers, mime performance art; French chansons & the chance to try French County Dancing; Eiffel Tower cookie decorating contest & French childrens’ games; Test Your Palette re-enactment of the1976 Judgment of Paris blind-tasting of French & California wines; Marie Antoinette herself proclaiming “Let them eat cake” as she tosses Costeaux treats to the masses; and new this year, the Costeaux Challenge Healdsburg Waiters’ Race. The events are free but there will be food for sale.
