Free Olive Curing Workshop

Don Landis presents a free olive curing workshop. He’ll talk about the history of the olive, the history of the olive in California and the entire process of curing the olive to make them good  to eat, followed by tasting Don’s olives with cheese and crackers. Be sure to leave time to explore the Olive Press, and taste olive oil and Jacuzzi Family Wines.
